Message	just plain avoids all the questions and comments. Gives the builder/tuner the peace and quiet to do what he wants to do. When it's done, then they should provide a full documentation on the project. If not, then it's doubters-ville. And he all know about that. In the end, I think it's just all about how you present the project. Just be thorough and provide as much documentation as possible to back up everything. And be ready to answer questions.
